Our Directors
Kirstian Frost
 Managing Director, founded Frost Research in August 2002. She has a BSc in Business Studies, and has worked in market research since 1996, including three years at Conquest Research and one year as Business Director at Goldfarb Consultants.
She has completed several training courses on aspects of qualitative research and this, together with her ten years’ experience (much of it at the highest level), has enabled her to perfect her skills in all aspects of qualitative research. While she is highly accomplished in all areas, many clients single out her moderating for particular praise.
She is a full member of the Market Research Society and of the Association for Qualitative Research. On every project that she undertakes, she guarantees her full personal commitment from beginning through fieldwork to presentation of results.
Jonathan Henderson
 Director, joined Frost Research in January 2006. He has had a long and interesting career in several fields, primarily sales and research, which has equipped him with the rich and varied background he believes essential to conducting successful qualitative research and drawing the insightful conclusions that clients demand.
His first degree in Archaeology was followed by three years’ fieldwork at a senior level. His Masters degree in Social and Political Thought, and subsequent studies, involved five years of academic and field research, before a complete change of direction to a successful ten year career in sales and marketing in the telecommunications and leisure industries.
Through this work he developed a keen interest in market research, which ultimately led to consultancy work for Frost Research from 2002 onwards. Like Kirstian, he guarantees his personal involvement in all aspects of a project from first thoughts to fruition.
